All registered domain names
Where can I get a list of all registered domain names?
Does anyone know if there is a place where I can download a giant file of all .com domain names currently registered? I realize this will be one gigantic file but would like to do some research with it.
Basicaly I was wondering if anybody knew of a place where I could get a list of domains already registered. The concept that i need this for, is for my webhosting site. It would be somthing similar to the Client EXEC program, but I'd be registering the domains under a different service myself, I am not intrested in buying a program or a reseller of domains, I plan on including domains as part of my packages. My complete ordering system was created from scratch, and I'd like my domain registering system to be some what dependent on its own, with out having to pay a yearly fee or such.
another example of what I would need would be: Say you went to godaddy,clicked Domain names, "Check to see if its Avalible" -thats what I need, a list, so when people send me the information about the domain they want, I wont have to email them back telling them it has already been registered. Catch my Drift?
